On my site you will see the tab for ‘Neighborhood News,’ located in the search bar at the top right of the homepage. This dedicated search engine is available so that you can customize searches for homes in your surrounding area, or with a specific zip code. Some of these will be listings from other Real Estate agents and their companies, also called “Brokerages.’ (The listing brokerage will be included in the information in the link.)
‘Neighborhood News’ allows for searching by specific price ranges, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, or square footage overall. Most real estate pages have these handy tools, as you may have already used similar on other sites.
